During any high-visibility project, it’s important to know exactly where things stand. This is one area in which Slide UX excels. Throughout every engagement, we keep your work on track with weekly meetings and end-to-end Project Management support.

Our programs are structured, and through 10+ years of refining our process and methodologies, we have them down to a science. This makes our workflow efficient and transparent.

 

Direct access to our self-managing team

Throughout your project, you have a direct line of communication with your assigned team through weekly check-in calls, with chat and email for anything that arrives in between. Our team does not include project managers or account managers who act as go-betweens. Rather, you’re working directly with UX practitioners trained to manage your project and adjust as needed based on your situation.

Our managing directors will drop in at times, and will remain deeply familiar with your project and it’s status throughout, conducting call reviews and monitoring progress at least once a week. We invite your feedback at every milestone and hear from clients that our responsiveness is unparalleled.

What to expect

After each meeting, our team provides detailed notes that include decisions, action items, and next steps.

Furthermore, we’ll maintain a Client Portal for your project. Simply put, this one-stop shop will keep a record of all the project artifacts. Refer to it at any time and access your project contract, critical deliverables, notes, and meeting recordings.
