What our UX workshops cover

In a workshop, a UX strategy lead from Slide UX will guide your team to:

  • Share individual visions and insights about the outcome you hope to achieve

  • Reveal what they know about the potential users, their motivations, needs, and pain points

  • Expose areas of disagreement, differing hopes, and decisions

  • Gather the questions and possibilities that should be addressed with research and design

Workshops often serve as project kickoffs, in which case they:

  • Establish the working relationship between your team and the UX consultants you’ll be working with

  • Align on the project’s scope and plan

  • Plan upfront user research that begins to answer questions uncovered during the workshop

How it works

  • Our UX workshops often include the following milestones:

    • Planning session: Your team lead meets with ours to plan for the workshop

    • Demo of existing experience (when applicable)

    • Workshop sessions: Typically one 4-hr or two 2-hr remote workshop sessions

  • After workshops, we’ll typically deliver:

    • Whiteboard from workshop sessions (typically in Miro)

    • Our notes

    • Recordings of all meetings & sessions
