What to expect with a UX Audit

In an initial workshop, you help our team understand what you know around who your users are, their key use cases, and what they need.

During a UX audit, our consultants will evaluate your product against its key use cases or usability heuristics to analyze and identify areas that may be causing confusion or frustration.

We will cross-reference the pain points, motivations, and user needs we identified together and consider how well those expectations are currently met. 

Review

Flags indicate the severity of observations.

In the review session, we highlight the issues we found and recommendations for improvements. Recommendations might be text-based, sketches, diagrams, or examples from other UIs. 

We’ll discuss the questions that arose in our review and raise big ideas for consideration. You’ll add context: What parts of what we encountered are intentional? What parts are based on limitations of your technology or business environment? This helps us refine design possibilities and questions for user research.
