Our UX Audit Process

  • The UX Lightning audit starts with an initial workshop to identify your biggest needs and objectives. You help our team understand your business, product and users to align on what areas need the most attention during the audit.

  • Our UX pros evaluate your product against its key use cases or usability heuristics to analyze and identify areas that may be causing confusion, frustration or not meeting expectations against desired outcomes.

    We cross-reference the business objectives, product performance, and user needs, and consider how well each of those expectations are currently met–and how they might be improved.

    Although this is not a design engagement, our recommendations typically include written descriptions, sketches, diagrams, or examples from other UIs. 

  • In a final work session, we meet with you to answer your questions, highlight the issues we found, and discuss recommendations for improvements.

    You will walk away confident and informed about how you can take your business, product and user experience to the next level.

 

Timeline & Cost

Beginning to end, the total process will take one business week, Monday to Friday. For this accelerated, high-impact project you will only invest $2,400 to begin transforming your business.
