Today, March 8, 2022 is International Women's Day, a global day to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.

It’s an important day at Slide UX because we’re a woman-owned company, and we have been joined by many talented women throughout our past decade in business.

This year, we’re proud that Slide UX tops the list of woman-owned firms on Clutch.co, an international ratings platform for IT, Marketing, and Business service providers. Clutch is an international ratings and reviews site for IT, Marketing, and Business service providers.

Despite the celebration, this year is very different. Our hearts and minds have been focused on the global community in recent weeks. As we’ve all seen, over a million people have fled Ukraine, mostly women and children. Many have had to leave behind husbands, fathers, brothers, and sons who are now fighting in the resistance.

Scrolling Clutch.co looking for Ukrainian UX Agencies, you’ll see over 500 firms in places like L’viv, Kyiv, and Odesa. The cities we’re hearing about on the news are home to a bustling tech community.

This year, as we celebrate women’s achievements, we’re thinking about the women of the Ukrainian product and design communities.
